Comic and Novel

Many of us are not strange with Ayat-ayat Cinta, Harry Potter, Twilight, Ketika Cinta Bertasbih, Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, and Doraemon. They are the important goods for certain people who have spare time and reading hobby. Some of those above are included in Novel and the others are Comic.

Both Novel and Comic have a story to tell to the readers. Many famous novels interest people with certain stories then people want to buy them, and so do comics. Beside the interesting stories, easy to understand novel and comic is one of the reasons why people like to read them. Many novels and comics are represented by movie such as Twilight, Naruto Shippuden, Doraemon, Ayat-ayat Cinta and others.

In other hand, novel is little bit different from comic, although both of them have the stories to tell but the content is little bit different. Comic has pictures to depict the story so that the readers are easier to understand the plot of the story; the pictures also make the story seem alive. Though novel has no picture to depict the story but it has longer content instead of comic so the readers can understand completely the story by reading all the content of the novel. That is why for most of people it will take longer to finish reading novel rather than comic.

There are some novels are taken from true stories, just like Anne Frank, Chairil Si Anak Singkong, and Negeri 5 Menara, but not all novels are from true story. In comic the stories are purely from the imagination from the writer like Naruto, Doaremon, and Dragon Ball Z. It needs two skills to make comic, besides being clever at making interesting story, having good skill at drawing is also the important role to make comic. It is not a comic if there is no picture.
